Every session is intentionally designed around the individuality of the dog and the connection they share with their people. From quiet emotional moments to the intensity of instinct and movement, each image is created to feel cinematic, timeless, and deeply personal.

Meet Savannah
Founder & Lead Artist of Savannah Rae Photography
I am Savannah, the heart behind the camera and artwork. I built Savannah Rae Photography around the belief that dogs deserve to be preserved not only as they were seen, but as they were deeply loved.
What began as photographing dogs in nature evolved into a nationally commissioned fine art experience focused on emotion, instinct, storytelling, and legacy.
Today, Savannah Rae Photography photographs commissioned work across the country while also creating Living Lineage, an ongoing published fine art series documenting dogs through purpose, presence, and the landscapes connected to their story

I grew up surrounded by dogs, and from an early age I understood they hold a place in our lives unlike anything else. They are there through the quiet moments, the milestones, the healing, and the chapters of life that shape who we become.
Vixey, my soul dog, has been beside me for nearly ten years, through loss, change, success, struggle, and some of the most defining moments of my life. She has always been my constant, quietly understanding me in ways words never could.
And then came Willow, joyful, adventurous, and full of light. Always ready to go anywhere with me, whether it’s traveling, exploring new places, or simply embracing everyday moments together. She carries a happiness that reminds me to keep finding joy, even during difficult seasons.
Through the loss of people I deeply loved, my uncle in 2019, my grandfather in 2021, and my grandmother in 2025, my dogs remained a constant source of comfort, presence, and unconditional love. Those experiences deeply shaped not only who I am, but why I create this work.
Because over time, photographs become more than images. They become reminders of the souls who walked beside us through every chapter of life.

EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT
Jeri plays an important role behind the scenes, helping create a calm, welcoming, and seamless experience during sessions. From assisting throughout the session day to helping dogs and owners feel comfortable, she brings a supportive presence that allows moments to unfold naturally.
As both a dog lover and an integral part of the Savannah Rae Photography experience, Jeri helps ensure every session feels personal, relaxed, and thoughtfully cared for from beginning to end.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
The Client Experience Coordinator serves as a dedicated point of connection for clients throughout the booking journey. From initial inquiries and planning conversations to scheduling, communication, and experience support, this role helps ensure every client feels guided, cared for, and fully prepared leading into their commissioned session.
With a strong focus on communication, organization, and creating a high-touch luxury experience, this role helps bring each client’s vision to life while allowing the creative process to remain seamless and intentional.
